Footprints Fun Day Raises Money for Local Charity
Footprints children enjoyed an afternoon of fun especially on the bouncy castle which was one of the many attractions at the Charity Fun Day on Saturday 18th June.
The Fun Day saw family, friends, children and staff all enjoying being together celebrating the carnival atmosphere of the day. There was a variety of stalls including face painting, jelly dip, cakes, bottle bola and catch a duck, culminating with the children giving rousing renditions of the Nursery Rhymes learned through The Rhyme Time challenge.
All the money raised will go to the Bridgend Centre which is a community cooperative, where everyone works together for the greater benefit of all. The Centre was set up to create a positive change in people's lives. The primary aim is to improve the quality of life, especially for those feeling isolated.
