Footprints Children Celebrate the Royal Wedding
There may not have been any rich and famous at our wedding but it was a real Royal Wedding with all our children taking part and being very big stars.
Creative activities were enjoyed by the Babies, Toddlers and Tots which included crown making, tiara designing, jewellery of all shapes and sizes and many other sticky glitter activities. Meanwhile, the Pre Schoolers enacted the Royal Wedding through role-play with all the girls taking turns to be Catherine and marrying, in turn, all the boys who were Prince William.
This exciting day ended with a playground party for the entire nursery with a super traditional tea; Salmon and cucumber sandwiches, followed by scones, jam and cream.
The children went home with lots of stories to tell their parents and grandparents each carrying a British flag.
