Bollington Receives Ofsted Outstanding!
Footprints Bollington are excited to announce that we have been rated “Outstanding” in all areas by Ofsted for the second time running!
Our report states that “Staff expertly combine high quality care with teaching that stimulates children’s curiosity and knowledge. Their skillful involvement helps to promote children’s confidence and conversation skills. Children make rapid progress in learning to communicate.”
“Parents who commented are unanimous in praising how well the staff team know their children. They say babies benefit from care that celebrates their individual personalities and promotes their emerging self-determination. Parents are particularly admiring of staff positivity. Parents say that staff inspire them to try out new activities with children at home and that the nursery is part of their team.”
Manager Rachel Farrugia who has been with Footprints since 2002, commented “We are so privileged to have such caring, dedicated staff who share the Footprints passion in making a difference to children’s early years development. Our staff provide fun and exciting opportunities for all our children which support their progress through the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum. We focus strongly on personal, social and emotional development as well as communication and language, these are the building blocks for independent, confident children.”
